本教材模組主要在於教導使用先進製程完成靜態隨機存取記憶體設計，並由淺入深，從基本特性介紹及模擬、小型電路模擬與設計，逐步完成大型電路陣列設計，內容包含先進製程之元件特性、先進製程D型正反器及時序探討、先進製程SRAM基本單元與SNM特性、感測放大器之原理及設計、大型SRAM記憶體陣列及寄生參數影響。
