The cultivation of high-tech and high-quality design talents can’t be achieved overnight. The cultivation of high-tech and high-quality design talents can’t be achieved in a short time and requires the full cooperation of teachers, equipment, students, and industry. The Ministry of education has designed the key point of the field of electrical engineering and computer science (EECES) for the talent cultivation project. The demand for computers, software tools, physical verification, and other equipment must be greatly increased. The relevant teacher and suitable teaching materials and practical experiments are currently also very lacking.

Because of its novelty, interdisciplinary and high-complexity, the field of EECES and the talents cultivation project for intelligence chip system designing require more efforts than ever in the compilation of textbooks and the design of practical experiments. In view of this, there needs to be a competent authority responsible for collecting and controlling the teaching material developed by all alliances and promoting them.
Integrate the design talents to enhance the competition of Taiwan in EECES and semiconductor industry.
Therefore, the purpose of the project is to cooperate with the alliance curriculum project to assist in the promotion and development of forward-looking teaching materials and courses in various relevant key interdisciplinary, so that the education resources in integrated circuit and system design in Taiwan can be completed and high-quality, so as to benefits schools for training the internationally competitive talents on intelligence system on chip including hardware designing, software/EDA designing and interdisciplinary system integration to enhance the competition of Taiwan in EECES and semiconductor industry.
