Invite public and private colleges and universities to form the teaching alliance

The department of Information and Technology Education of the Ministry of Education promotes the project of Intelligence system on chip and application interschool alliance center, and invites public and private colleges and universities to form a teaching alliance to develop and compile forward-looking courses and practical materials related to the project, which are integrated by the intelligence system on chip alliance to compile the materials that have been developed by the application alliances, establish and maintain the course material database and asynchronous materials management system, and provide a complete upload and download management system, so that teachers of various colleges and universities can easily search and understand the course materials. The system collects the experience and opinions of teachers through the investigation of the usage of teaching materials and opinions exchange, which can be used as a reference for the revision of course teaching materials and enhancement of system function in future.

The course database system is divided into two main functions:

(1) Course search    (2) Teaching material apply

Course database in order to protect the right of intellectual property of each course, and the registration system is adopted for all users. Only after the registrant has been reviewed and approved by the federation, can apply to download the required teaching materials. Users are divided into the following three categories as the basis for future statistics.
(1) Administrator:
they can download all the teaching materials planned by the alliance, and can view the statistical information related to the alliance.
(2) Course host:
by default, they can download the teaching materials they host, and the rest of the courses can only be downloaded after the application is successful.
(3) Domestic teachers:
all courses can only be downloaded after the application is successful.
