模組教材目標
- 介紹適用於鰭式場效電晶體(FinFET)之低功耗設計技術，教材內容主要涵蓋:FinFET基礎原理、FinFET低功耗設計技術、以及適用於低功耗FinFET電路之設計自動化技術。期望透過此模組教材，引導學生探討低功耗FinFET設計議題，培養學生具備相關知識與背景，以及解決此議題之能力。
